The following shall constitute the basis for adoption of all dogs/bitches from the Rescue.
Please read carefully before making any commitment.

1. All dogs/bitches remain the property of the Rescue at all times.

2. All dogs/bitches shall be properly housed, fed and exercised. Vaccination boosters to be kept up to date.

3. Veterinary treatment will be sought and administered as necessary. Insurance for which may be a condition of Adoption.

4. No papers will be issued for any dog/bitch (except Vaccination records).

5. All bitches MUST be spayed within 6 months. Failure to comply may result in the bitch being removed.

6. No dog/bitch to be used for breeding purposes or for experimentation or stage uses. Breach of this will result in legal action being taken and the animal being removed.

7. Boxer Rescue will accept no liability for any damage/injury no matter what the cause.

8. Any change of address or death of the dog/bitch must be notified immediately. Loss due to theft or straying should be reported to the Police and notified to the Coordinator immediately, the new owner`s name, address & telephone no. should be permanently engraved on the animal`s collar or disc attached thereto.

9. No dog/bitch to be passed to a Third Party without the prior consent of the Coordinator.

10. Boxer Rescue reserves the right to remove any dog/bitch that in their opinion is not receiving the care and attention that it deems necessary or is in breach of any of the above conditions for Adoption.
